We use an eight-step
process in our learning experience to assure learning sticks. We offer a
full-day seminar with a limited number of participants to encourage an
inter-active learning setting. We then have six weeks of follow-up with
each participant. This is the time that we focus on the individual needs
of each participant. We help them to change actions and behaviors and
apply the principles they have learned in their work environment. After
the six weeks, we get back together with the original group for a four-hour
summary session. The follow-up and summary session are all included in the
price of the public seminars.
